CONTROL OPERATION
:
Input1 –RemoteTemperature Sensor
The controller hasan integral sensingdevicemounted internally. It isalsopossible to install a
remote roomor duct return sensor at different locations. Seewiringdiagram.
Note#1
: The remote sensor shouldbePT1000 (Refer Accessories)
Input2-Emergency Input
Input2 is to connect withanOn/Off dry contact for systemerror or emergency interlock control. If
the contact is close, the controllerwill automatically closeall output (or open to themaximum
position in reversemode) and cut off thepower. The controller canonlybe restartedmanually.
Note#2
: If you don’t want to use the interlock function/emergency input please use a jumper wire
to connect input2 (terminal no.6) andneutral port (Terminal no.1), seewiringdiagram.
Output1-ModulatingAnalogOutput (2 to 10Vdc or 4 to 20mA)
Output1 ismodulating2 to10Vdcor 4 to20mA. It canbe selectedbySelector switch. The
output signal is normal mode (2 to10Vdc or 4 to20mA) or reversemode (10 to2Vdc or 20 to
4mA) selectable.
Output2- On/Off digital Output (2A, 24Vac)
Output2 is digital output with24VAC2AContact rating, nominal capacity. It providesOn/Off
control for electric heater, on/off valve actuator or fan etc.
Output2 canprovide limitation control throughpre-settinga separate temperature limitation.
